Founded in 1977, the Colorado Springs Dance Theatre features performances by national and international dance companies as well as master classes, lecture demonstrations, workshops and children’s performances. One of the leading arts centers in the country, the Fine Arts Center continues to build upon its grand tradition with a world-class art museum, performing arts theatre and school of art. The Taylor Museum of the Fine Arts Center features exhibitions of fine art from the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries, including works by Georgia O’Keeffe, John Singer Sargent, Arthur Dove, Robert Motherwell, and Charles Russell. The Performing Arts department is resident to a Repertory Theatre Company that produces a full schedule of Broadway musicals each season as well as a popular Theatre for Children summer production. Offering a full curriculum of art classes, the Bemis School of Art is one of the center’s most popular programs.

Serving as a regional entertainment and cultural center since 1982, Pikes Peak Center provides the community with quality entertainment, cultural and educational events and activities. Since its opening the center has achieved international acclaim for its design and acoustical qualities. Pikes Peak Center hosts more than 200 performances annually.

The Colorado Springs Sky Socks offer baseball fans super Triple A action during the season. A farm team for the Colorado Rockies, the Sky Socks compete in the Pacific Coast League. The recently renovated Security Service Field serves as home field for the Sky Socks, providing fans with an intimate viewing experience with some major league features, including new box seats, a five-tiered picnic terrace and upgraded luxury seats.
