Karine Gloriod
The daughter of Becky and Jack, Karine
graduated with honors from the United States Military
Academy with a B.S. in Operations Research. After a three-year stint
in the Army, including two tours in Bosnia, Karine
became a project manager for IBM until her parents convinced
her to join the real estate team in 2001. A licensed
agent in her own right, Karine serves as staff manager.

Keith Hays
A native of Colorado, Keith has been
in the real estate business in Colorado Springs for
more than 22 years. He has a B.S. degree from the University
of Colorado in Boulder. His knowledge of the area and
real estate in general has proven invaluable to our
clients.

Teresa Masar
As a member of the administrative team,
Teresa is responsible for coordinating the entire contract
process, including scheduling inspections, appraisals,
tracking contingencies, insuring the completion of compliance
forms and facilitating communication with buyers, sellers
and title companies. Teresa has been a member of the Becky
Gloriod Tteam since 1999.

Dave Bergherm
Dave is responsible for marketing, including
print advertising, brochures and web sites. He directs
all aspects of marketing for each client property, including
scheduling photography, virtual tours and newspaper
and magazine advertising. Dave joined the team in 2004.
